Mr. John S. Lee, II, 41, of Canon, GA, died Monday, September 29, 2008 at his home.
Born July 8, 1967 in San Francisco, CA, he was the son of the late John E. Lee and Catherine Goa Lee.He was formerly employed at Whitworth Detention Center.
He is survived by: Stepmother, Judith Foxen Lee of Canon, GA; Wife, Cindy K. Tart Lee of the home; Son, Jason Lee and his wife Trinity Murphy of Kannapolis, NC; Daughters, Kelly Wix of Union, SC, Tiffany Pressley of Lancaster, SC, Catie Lee of the home, and Kristi Lee of the home; Brother, James Foxen of Canon, GA; Sisters, Leslie Stevenson of Fargo, SD, Deborah Resch of Salinas, CA and Melissa Hutchinson of Cobb, CA;Two grandchildren, Dylan Pressley and Daimien Murphy.He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Greg Foxen.
Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bowers Memorial Park, Canon, GA.Rev. Johnny Stowe will officiate.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 -12:30 p.m. prior to the service.The family is at the home.Memorials may be made to defray funeral expenses.
