Mr. Joseph Holbrook "Bo" Moore, 76, of 1609 Ridge Road, Hartwell, GA., husband of Tempie Kelley Moore, died peacefully Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.

Born on November 16, 1935 in Hartwell, GA, he was the son of the late Wilton Clayton Moore, Sr. and Ethel Holbrook Moore.He was retired from Clark-Schwebel where he worked as a mechanic, was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church, and a former deacon having served on various other committees. Mr. Moore was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather, as well as, a US Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Dale Moore of Nashville, TN; two daughters: Janice Smith and her husband Bart of Anderson, SC, Gale Dickerson and her husband Ben of Iva, SC; one brother, Kenneth Moore and his wife Pam of Hartwell; three sisters: Ruth Moore, Carolyn Moore, and Beth Moore all of Hartwell; four grandchildren: Holly Smith, Kayte Moore, Colby Smith, and Jake Moore. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers: W.C. Moore, Jr., Curtis Moore, James Moore, and Louie Moore.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 8, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. James Sexton officiating.Burial will be in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
