Mr. Joseph Bobby Taylor Jr. 29, of 3709 Mt. Olivet Road, Hartwell, died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born on March 9, 1983 in Anderson, SC, He was the son of Joseph Bobby Taylor Sr. and Deborah Mulkey Taylor.Joseph attended Athens Tech and Truitt McConnell College and was a member of Bowersville Masonic Lodge # 595.He was a Certified Scuba Diver, loved riding his motorcycle and was an avid hunter, fisherman, cook and gardener.Joseph was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Bobby and Deborah Taylor of Hartwell; his beloved fiancée, Megan Duncan; two sisters, Genea Taylor and her husband Reggie Lawrence of Hartwell and Debi Taylor Thornton and her husband David of Villa Rica GA; three nieces, two nephews and his beloved dog, Bubba also survive.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Dale Carson officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday night.The family is at the home of his parents, Bobby & Debra Taylor, 3709 Mt. Olivet Road, Hartwell.
