Obituary
Mrs. Juanita Gable Madden, 87, of Toccoa, formerly of Hartwell, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa.
Born on March 23, 1929 in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late Furman Keith Gable and Juanita Sutherland Gable.Mrs. Madden was a homemaker and a member of the Hartwell Church of God.
Survivors include her two sons: Larry D. Dyer of Toccoa and Brian M. Dyer (Terre) of Houston TX; three grandchildren: Dr. Lesley-Anne Williams of Longview TX; Brian M. Dyer of Houston TX and Nathan Dyer of Polo Alto CA and one great grandchild: Debra Anne Williams also survives. Mrs. Madden was preceded in death by her parents and her husband: George "Doug" Madden.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at 11:30 am at the Hartwell Church of God with Rev. Lonnie Bennett officiating.Entombment will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Anderson SC.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Hartwell Church of God prior to the service.The family is at their respective homes.Flowers are optional, memorials may be made to the Hartwell Church of God, 120 Race Street, Hartwell, GA 30643.
The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
