Mrs. Judith "Judy" Coleman Coulter, 73, of Hartwell, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020.

Born on March 12, 1947 in Pensacola, FL, she was the daughter of the late William Bascom Coleman and Aldonna Stogsdall Coleman.Mrs. Coulter was a personal banker for Athens First and a member of the First Baptist Church of Hartwell. She was also an election poll worker and a former dispatcher for the Hart Co. Sheriff's Department and Hart Co. 911.

Survivors include two sons: Jason "Todd" Coulter (Sheri) of Lavonia and Timothy Michael Coulter (Marie) of Watkinsville, GA; a daughter: Traci Posey (Chad) of Hartwell; three brothers: Jim Coleman, John Coleman, and Bill Coleman, all of Columbus, GA; and seven grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Chase, Chandler, Carson, Riley, and Kanyon. Mrs. Coulter is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Charles Michael "Mike" Coulter; and a son: Troy Scott Coulter.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the Strickland Funeral Home.

Graveside services for Mrs. Judy Coulter will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Dr. Hugh Kirby officiating.

The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
