Obituary
Mrs. Judy Fry McClain, 92, of Fifth St. Hartwell, died Sunday, September 18, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospice House in Bogart GA.
Born on September 4, 1919 in Clarkesville GA. she was the daughter of the late Vester and Alice Barron Fry. She was the retired owner-operator of Judy's Clothes of Hartwell and a member of the Sardis Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Dwight McClain and his wife, June of Hartwell; a daughter, Patsy Lovell and her husband, David, of Watkinsville GA; three grandchildren, Angie Burrell and her husband Billy, Pam Dennard and her husband David and Elijah McClain and his wife Summer; seven great-grandchildren and a great great grandchild also survives.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don V. McClain; four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. John Silver officiating.Burial will follow in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday night.The family is at their respective homes.
