Mrs. Katherine Elizabeth (Rubin) Paquette, age 89, of Martin, formerly of Manchester, NH, died Monday, February 27, 2012 at Hart Care Center.
Born March 8, 1922, in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Edna (Marvin) Rubin . She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Manchester, NH, and she was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Paquette was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Edward Joseph Paquette; sisters: Dorothea Rubin and Leah Ilsley; and brothers: Harold Rubin and Arnold Rubin.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Judith and Edward Foote of Martin, GA; son and daughter-in-law: Edward and Aleta Paquette of Manchester, NH; sisters: Marion Short of Newton, NH and Winifred Smith of Houston, MO; grandchildren: Lynn Rachwal of Eastanollee, GA, Lori Holdorf of Martin, GA, David Foote of Canon, GA, Lance Paquette of Manchester, NH, and April Laliberte of Colorado; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Paquette's wishes were to be cremated. She will be interred in Manchester, NH. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association (www.americanheart.org).
