Kathleen Sparks Ballew, age 84, of Providence Church Rd., Lavonia, GA, passed away December 3, 2018 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, GA with her family by her side.

Born July 30, 1934 in Briceville, TN. She was the daughter of the late Harlen and Sadie Sparks. Mrs. Ballew was a stay at home mother and cared for her grandchildren. Kathleen was a founding member of the Galilean Baptist Church of Lawrenceville and deeply loved by her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Denny Ballew (Debbie); daughters, Ellen King (Morris), Pam Parks (Larry); grandchildren, Joey Pulliam, Cory Pulliam, Angel Womack, Chip Parks, Chad Parks, Danielle Earles, Deanna Ballew; seven great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory with Rev. Cory Pulliam, Dr. Rex McPherson and Dr. Tolbert Moore officiating.
