Mr. Keith Shane Gibson, age 53 of Poplar Circle, Toccoa passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

A son of Gary and Virginia Sosby Gibson, he was born December 10, 1970, in Royston, Georgia having lived the last 15 years in Toccoa.  He was employed with Mergon in the logistics department.  He was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church.  He loved motorcycles and riding them, loved watching sports, playing golf, classic cars, going on vacation and loved his family and grandkids.

Survivors include his parents, Gary and Virginia Sosby Gibson of Lavonia; wife of the home, Patricia Heaton Gibson; daughter, Kaylen Gibson of Toccoa; sons and daughter-in-law, Ian Gibson and Brenden Gibson both of Toccoa and Kevin and Kristal Jackson of Florida; grandchildren, Kiley Jackson, Kinsley Williams and Savanna Williams; God-grandchild, Lexi Irizarry; brother and sister-in-law, John and Jeria Gibson of Florida; nieces and nephews, Jaeleigh Gibson, Jaylon Gibson and Annaleigh Gibson.

Memorial services will be Saturday, August 10, 2024, 3 o'clock p.m. at Sunnyside Baptist Church with The Reverend Dr. Jesse Colbert and Mr. Norman Giles officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or a charity of one's choice.
