Mrs. Kelly Michelle (Traylor) Hernandez, age 42, of Pottsville, PA, died Friday, April 4 at her home.
Born March 30, 1966, in New Port, RI, she was the daughter of David Earl Traylor and Marvene (Poertner) Decker. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her parents; sons: Cody Michael Betz, Jeremy Devon Hernandez, and Enrique Hernandez; and brothers: David Thomas Traylor and Timothy Stephen Decker.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at Franklin Memorial Gardens – North.
