Kenneth Paul French, III, 47, of Toccoa died Friday, Dec. 2, 2011 at AnMed Hospital in Anderson, South Carolina.
Born September 9, 1964 in Apple Valley, California, he was the son of Kenneth Paul French, Jr. and wife Sharon and Carole Adams Pietsch.He was employed as a tractor-trailer driver with Crete Carrier Corporation in Marietta, Georgia. He was a loving husband, father and son.He was an avid fan of the Oakland Raiders, the USC Trojans and NASCAR racing.He loved riding his Harley Davidson with his family and friends and enjoyed watching his children participate in sports and other activities.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Teresa French, of the home; children, Jamie Spurlock, Stephanie Zeller and husband Steve, Tiffany Justus and Harley Justus; brother, Scot Pietsch and wife Alesa; uncle, Tom French and wife Judy; grandmother, Mary French and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Christine French; stepfather, Ron Pietsch; grandfather, Kenneth Paul French, Sr.; grandparents Hank and Helen Adams and step-grandparents, Charles and Mary Pietsch.
It was his request to be cremated and to be an organ donor.A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the Hunter's Creek Baptist Church, Toccoa, with the Revs. Ben Huff and David Terrell officiating.
