Kevin Eugene Unbehant, age 61, of Mt. Airy, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his home.
Born August 29, 1959 in Habersham County, he was the son of Mary Faye (Dill) Unbehant and the late Eugene "Gene" Edward Unbehant. He worked as an associate in the parts department with McDonald's Chevrolet and Hayes Chevrolet and was the family handy man being the jack-of-all-trades that he was.
He is survived by his mother: Mary Faye (Dill) Unbehant; sons: Kyle Unbehant (Rachel) and Sandy Unbehant; grandchildren: Heather Unbehant, Ian Unbehant, Hannah Unbehant; sister and brother-in-law: Rhonda & Bryan Andrews; niece: Hillary Myers; aunts; Margaret Umbehant and Janice Griggs; uncle: Glenn Unbehant; and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at New Vision Worship Center with Rev. Eddie Umbehant and Rev. Mickey Umbehant officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made in memory of Kevin to the Habersham Humane Society at http://habershamhumane.org.
