Mrs. Lawana Dale (Nation) Boggs, age 70, of Lavonia, GA died Monday, April 16, 2012 at her home.
Born March 14, 1942, in Pooler, GA, she was the daughter of the late Alva & Sadie (Mills) Nation. She was a floral designer and retired from Morrow Florist in Morrow.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband: Frank W. Mobley.
She is survived by her husband: Dexter E. Boggs of the home; children: David C. Mobley, Patricia M. Pike, Dana S. Aderhold, & Michael D Boggs; grandchildren: Melanie Rivera, Timothy Aderhold, Jeremy Hayes, David Aderhold, Jennifer Pike, Dylan Barnes & Wade Mobley; Siblings: Paul Nation and Jean Carpenter.
Mrs. Boggs' wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Brown officiating.
