Obituary
Mr. Lawrence Vestion "Cowboy" Glass, age 79, of Lavonia, died Friday, February 21, 2015 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa.
Born April 18, 1935, in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Vest and Ida Mae (Kirby) Glass. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a self employed house painter and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his friend: Danny Lee; niece: Donna Tippens; and sister: Sharon Angel. Three children: Robin, Michelle, and Tommy also survive.
A private graveside service will be held at Lavonia City Cemetery.
