Obituary
Mr. Thomas Leon Lee Sr., 71, of 83 Deep Woods Rd, Hartwell, died Monday, February 22, 2010 at Hart Co. Hospital.
Born on May 11, 1938 in Elbert Co. GA, he was the son of the late Lemmie C. Lee and Nettie Mae Holmes Lee.He was retired from the Drywall industry and a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Gravitt Lee of the home; a son, Thomas Leon Lee Jr. of Toccoa; a daughter, Shelby Harbin of Hartwell; two brothers, Dillard Lee of Hartwell and Albert Lee of Toccoa; a sister Christine Segars of Hartwell; four grandchildren, Brittany Lee, Tommy Lee, Thomas Harbin and Brandon King; three great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cedar Creek Baptist Church with Rev. James Sexton officiating.Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday night.The family is at the home.
