Mrs. Lessie Thomason Paul, 72, of Crawford GA, formerly of Lavonia, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 at her home.
Born on September 24, 1946 in Royston GA, she was the daughter of the late Winfred W. Thomason and Kathryn Sanders Thomason.Mrs. Paul was a graduate of Franklin County High School.
Survivors include her son: Jamie Paul (Michele) of Athens; two daughters: Teresa Paul of Knoxville TN, Bridget Burroughs of Crawford GA; two brothers Jimmy Thomason (Carol) of Cloudland, GA, Rocky Thomason (Debbie) of Lavonia; two sisters: Faire Teasley (Dean), Winfreda Smith (David) all of Hartwell; and three grandchildren: Jae Paul, Alexandrea Looney (Chris) Bidwell and Hudson Holloway Looney.Mrs. Paul was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband: James M. Paul, Sr.
Mrs. Paul wished to have a private interment at Athens Memory Gardens and a memorial service will be held at a later date by her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
