Mrs. Linda Marie (Gentry) Shackelford, age 73, of Lavonia, died Friday, November 29, 2014 at Hartwell Health & Rehab.
Born December 3, 1940, in Royston, she was the daughter of the late Roy A. & Dorothy Ellen (Manley) Gentry. She was a housewife & mother and was of the Church of God faith.
She is survived by daughters: Debbie Richey, Ann Thurman and Daphne Shackelford, grandchildren: Kaden McKern, Emalie McKern, Aleahya Shackelford, Andrew Atkinsin, Hennah Richey, Brandon McKern, Mickey Thurman, Christopher Hendrix, America Shackelford & Jasmine Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Milton Coy Shackelford; daughter: Jackie Jones; son: Mickey Shackelford; and grandchild Katie Richey.
Memorial services are incomplete and will be announced later.
