Ms. Lisa Maria Hardy, 39, of 153 Myrtle Street, Elberton, died Friday, July 5, 2013 at her home.

Born on March 1, 1974 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, she is the daughter of Thomas Michael "Mike" Hardy of Anderson, SC and Maria Traina Prince of Elberton, GA, and the step-daughter of William "Cotton" Prince of Elberton.Ms. Hardy was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly Church of Hartwell.

Survivors include a daughter, Jordan "Ryley" Langston of Elberton; a brother, Adriano Michael Hardy of Ft. Wayne, IN; one sister, Daniela Lynn Hardy of Bowman; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Mrs. Hardy was preceded in death by a son, Michael Blake Hardy.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 12, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Assembly Church of Hartwell with Pastor Roland Molina and Pastor Sam McIntosh officiating.Burial will be in the Elmhurst Cemetery in Elberton.

The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The family is at their respective homes.
