Obituary
Mrs. Lola Hill Risner, 84, of 79 Blue Bird Lane, Hartwell, died Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Hart Co. Hospital.
Born January 15, 1922 in Franklin County, she was the son of the late Rob Hill and Rachel Haygood Hill. She was a homemaker and a member of the Reed Creek Baptist Church and she attended Hartwell Alliance Church.
She is survived by: sister, Willie Mae Jones of Hartwell, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Clarence and George Hill and by sisters, Rosie Lee Tallent and Fannie Glenn.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. from the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Rev. Eddie Simmons will officiate. Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service. The family will be at respective homes.
