Mrs. Lora Ayers Neese, 89, of Woodlake Drive, Apt # 107, Hartwell, GA, died Monday, February 05, 2007 at Hart Co. Hospital.
Born June 30, 1917 in Hart County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Earl P. Ayers and Alice Atkinson Ayers.She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
She is survived by:Son, John W. "Bill" Neese and his wife, Joni of Hartwell, GA; Daughters, Susan Adamski and her husband Bob of Hartwell, GA, Janie Bryant and her husband Larry of Anderson, SC and Mary Rice and her husband Billy of Gainesville, GA; Brother, C.T. "Tubby" Ayers of Hartwell, GA; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren also survives. She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, John R. Neese, and Six brothers, Carl Ayers, Pelham Ayers, Joe Ayers, H.N. Ayers, Kendall Ayers and Ted Ayers.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Dr. Donald Little and Rev. Ray Black will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8:00 p.m.The family is at their respective homes.
