Obituary
Mr. Louis Horvath, Jr., 68, of Hidden Point Road, Hartwell, died Monday, January 26, 2015 at his home.
Born on December 4, 1946 in Akron, OH, he was the son of the late Louis Horvath, Sr. and Anna Rosenberger Horvath.He was a graduate of Kent State and retired from Miller Brewing Co. He was a U S Army veteran, serving in the Vietnam War.He also volunteered for the Hart County Habitat for Humanity.
Survivors include his wife: Joyce Collins Horvath of the home; one son: Daniel Horvath of Pittsburgh, PA; one daughter: Emily Lyles and David of Dallas, GA; and one grandchild:Tommy Lyles.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
