Ms. Martha "Louise" Bannister Lunsford, age 57, of 120 Westfall Road, Royston, GA, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Hart County Hospital.
Born June 5, 1952 in Anderson Co., SC, she was the daughter of the late Garrett Jasper Bannister and Josephine Whitfield Bannister.She was retired from Tenneco Automotive and was a member of Middle River Baptist Church.
She is survived by:Sons, David Lunsford and his wife Cindy of Royston, GA and Michael Lunsford and his wife Rose of Hartwell, GA; Daughter, Robin Wilson and her husband Shane of Lavonia, GA; Brother, Randall Bannister of Hartwell, GA; Sisters, Sandra Bannister of Augusta, GA and Annette Lowery of Hartwell, GA; Nine grandchildren, Cassie, Eric, Anna, Caitlin, Ryan, Brady, Maya, Larry and Matthew; and Two great grandchildren, Rori and Gabby.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Jerome Hill and Rev. Matt Smith will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Friday night from 7 – 9:00 p.m. The family is at the home of Robin and Shane Wilson, 216 Rock Springs Road, Lavonia.
