Mrs. Louise Frye Majeski, 90, of Somerset Court, Hartwell, died August 31 at Select Medical Center, Augusta GA.
Born in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis Frye and Eula Mae Neese Frye Brown.She was retired from Bellcraft Mfg. / Hartwell Company, where she was an office manager.Mrs. Majeski co-founded the 79ers Club / Hartwell AA, Past-President of Hartwell ALANON, Past-President of Lake Hartwell Shrinettes, member of the Red & Purple Hart - Red Hat Club, Friday Jim's Lunch Group and the McDonalds Coffee Club.She was a member of the Hartwell First Baptist Church, Willing Workers SS Class, WMU, FCS and Choir.
Survivors include her daughter, Annette Rogers and her husband Carl of N. Augusta SC and a granddaughter, Alisa Rogers also survives.Mrs. Majeski was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Edwin Majeski; a brother, John Frye and a sister, Ellen Campbell.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hartwell First Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Albanese and Rev. Carter Tucker officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family is at the home.
