Mrs. Lucy Belle "Bee" Bradley Bailey, age 89 of 163 Nancy Heights, Hartwell GA, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Hart County Hospital.

Born on March 21, 1918 in Franklin Co. GA, she was the daughter of the late Warren Cash Bailey and Nannie Hulsey Bradley.She was a homemaker, a member of the Hartwell, First Baptist Church, Fellowship of Christian Seniors and the Willing Workers SS Class.

Survivors include three daughters: Tillie Bundy of Austell, Martha Worrell of Hartwell and Elise Thornton of Marietta; three sons: Wade Bailey of Hartwell, Joseph Bailey of Chamblee and Mickey Bailey of Kennesaw; three sisters: Ruby Hopkins of Columbia SC, Dot Roberts and Kitty Sewell both of Hartwell; three brothers: Tommy Bradley of Columbia SC, Warren Bradley and Millard Bradley both of Canon; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren also survive.She was preceded in death by her husband: Joe L. Bailey; a son: W. Morgan Bailey; a brother: Hale Bradley and five sisters: Ethel Bartlett, Jack Sewell, Bill Bennett, Opal Stanford and Nell Hayes.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hartwell First Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Williams, Dr. Hugh Kirby and Rev. Carter Tucker officiating.Burial will be in the Memorial Garden of Prayer.The body will be placed in the church at 1:30 Friday.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night.The family is at the home.
