Obituary
Mrs. Lucy Dorgan Boyd, age 81 of Lavonia, GA, died Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Stephens County Hospital.
Born July 28, 1926, in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances Aldrich Dorgan. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include niece: Gayle Ehlers of Lavonia; and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband: Harris Crawford Boyd; and her daughter: Sherry Loraine Boyd.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 16 at the Lavonia City Cemetery with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. The family will be at the home of Gayle Ehlers, 412 Riverbend Road – Lavonia.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Guest House of Athens Regional Medical Center, 1199 Prince Avenue – Athens, GA 30606
