Luther Harold Jordan, age 75, of Canon, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital.

Born May 7, 1949, in Royston, he was the son of the late Carlton and Laura Mae Leard Jordan. He worked for Carry on Trailers and was a member of Hartwell Church of God.

He is survived by his wife: Gloria Bradley Jordan; children: Michael Jordan (Alysia) of Hartwell, Tammy Sutton (Sheena) of Hartwell, Teri Turpin( Hubert Carver) of Bowman, Deeanna Hunter (Blake) of Vanna; grandchildren: Alaina Lacount, Bradley Turpin, Abi Sutton, Keira Sutton, Sheryl Parker, Aaron Bellew, Kayden Myers, Cadence Crump, Hayden Hunter, Oaklynn Hunter; great grandchildren: Joe Silas Turpin, Harper Alexander, Cameron Lacount, Lauren Lacount, June Parker; siblings: Lila Crook of Hartwell, Deanie Baker (Ronald) of Vanna, Shelia Harris of Royston, Tim Jordan (Denise) of Elberton,

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Hartwell Church of God with Rev. Josh Cash officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday beginning at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request donation in memory of Mr. Jordan to Hartwell Church of God 120 Race Street Hartwell, GA 30643.
