Margaret Rose Lange, 81, of Hartwell GA, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Hart Care Center.

Born on September 11, 1941 in Philadelphia PA, she was the daughter of late Walter Lange and Margaret Glaab Lange. Margaret worked as a secretary in the Healthcare Industry.  She was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and a former Pink Lady with the Hart Co. Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her brother: Walter S. Lange of Excelsior PA and several nieces and nephews. Ms. Lange was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial mass to celebrate the life of Miss Margaret Lange will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Tuan Pham and Deacon Barry Phillips officiating.  Her ashes will be placed in the Sacred Heart Memorial Garden.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
