Obituary

Margie Farmer Shroyer, age 77, of Anna, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025, at Heritage Center for Rehabilitation in Minster, Ohio. She was born March 16, 1948, In Royston, Georgia, to Robert Farmer and Francis Weaver.

She married Emerson Shroyer on February 25, 1983, in Landstuhl, Germany, and he survives.

Surviving is son Andy (Jennifer) Bentley and daughter Joy (Jay) Waller, grandchildren; Justin, Parker, Lainey, brothers, William Farmer, Howard (Beverly) Farmer and twin-sister, Marilyn (Don) Styles.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Marshall Farmer.

Margie was a member of the Kettlersville United Church of Christ. She was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting gardening and crafts. Margie and her husband Emerson traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe while he was serving his country as retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Army. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Randy Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney.
