Obituary
Mrs. Margy Coleman Burton, 75, of Sawyer Lane, Hartwell, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home.
Born on June 4, 1945 in Atlanta GA, she was lunchroom worker for Monroe Auto Equipment Company and of the Baptist faith.She also participated at the Hart County Farmers Market.
Survivors include one son: Lonnie Burton of Hartwell; one daughter: Lawanda Roach of Folkston GA; four grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Mrs. Burton was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: O'Dell Burton and one son: John Burton.
A Celebration of Margy's life will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at her home,20 Sawyer Lane, Hartwell. The family is at the home.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
