Mrs. Maria Louise London, 76, of Castle Rock Trail, Clarkesville, died Sunday, April 26, 2015 at her home.

Born on December 23, 1938 in Bamberg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Simon Weiss and Anna Berthold Weiss.Mrs. London was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her husband of fifty nine years: Crawford London; two sons: Mike London and Kim of Clarkesville, Tony London and Laura of Clarkesville; two daughters: Cindy London Farmer and Craig of Toney, AL, Susan London Gibbs and Marlon of Bowersville; five grandchildren: Kyle London and Taylor, Jenny Batt and Andrew, Cory Farmer and Emily, Heather Sosbee and Kiley, Jeremy Greenlee; two great grandchildren: Alyssa Lee and Major Farmer; one brother: Rudolph Weiss of Bamberg, Germany; a special niece: Dale Buechler of St. Louis, MO also survive. Ms. London was preceded in death by her parents; one brother: Herbert Weiss and one sister: Erna Woelfel.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Durham and Rev. Luther Thomason officiating.Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday evening.
