Mark Douglas McCormack, age 67, of Lavonia, passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at his home.

Born August 20, 1955, in Seneca, SC, he was the son of Bobbie Jean Howell McCormack and the late Britt Dyer. After his father's death at a young age, he was raised by his mother and step-father, the late Jack McCormack, Sr. Mark worked at Dill's Food City for many years. He was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters Toria McCormack Brewer of Danielsville and Cassidy McCormack McDougal of Carnesville; brother: Jack McCormack of Jefferson; and four grandchildren.

Mr. McCormack was cremated in accordance with his request. The family will hold a private service.
