Mrs. Martisia Lizzy Holmes, 39, of Hazlehurst GA, formerly of Hartwell, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 in Hazlehurst GA.

She is survived by her children: Ayesha Beasley of North Carolina, Ashley Holmes, Zachary Holmes and Isaiah Holmes all of Hartwell and a sister: Rosie Australie of North Carolina.  Ms. Holmes was preceded by her parents: Lawrence and Alice Holmes.

A memorial service celebration Martisia's life will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of local arrangements.
