Mrs. Mary Rucker Parsons, 81, of Red Hill Road, Dewy Rose GA, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital, Athens GA.
Born on June 2, 1938 in Charleston WV, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. Rucker and Maysel Harper Rucker.Mrs. Parsons was a homemaker and a member of the Abundant Life Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son: Robert Jarvis of Dewy Rose.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
