Mary Joan (Godbee) Sims, age 78, of Martin, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born June 28, 1942 in Carrollton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Alvin Doyle and Louise Godbee. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Jason & Carrie Sims; son: Davey Sims; grandchildren: Courtney Sims, Dylan Sims, and Tyler Sims; and brother: Ron Godbee.
The family has chosen cremation and no services are planned at this time.
