Mrs. Maxine Mae Sindt Greer, 94, of Gremul Drive, Hartwell, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Hartwell Health & Rehab.

Born on May 7, 1928 in Naponee, NE, she was the daughter of the late Karl Sindt and Amanda Amman Sindt. Mrs. Greer was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her two sons: Richard Greer & Janene of Decatur, IL, and Mark Greer & Candice of Hartwell; eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Mrs. Greer is preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Cyrus Mills Greer.

At Mrs. Greer's request, no formal services will be held.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
