Melody Jael Morgan, infant daughter of David W. Morgan and Ashley Wilson Morgan, died Friday, September 2 at Athens Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include her parents; four sisters, Mary Clare Morgan, Abigail Morgan, Hope Morgan and Nancy Day Morgan all of the Bowersville; five brothers, Aaron Morgan, Benjamin Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Patrick Morgan and Jonas Morgan all of Bowersville; maternal grandparents, Clyde and Nancy Atkinson Wilson of Byron GA and paternal grandfather, Wilton C. Morgan of Bowersville also survives.She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Jackie Moorhead Morgan.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Lavonia with Rev. Joe Dooley officiating.Burial will follow in the Bowersville City Cemetery.
