Obituary
Mr. Michael Wayne Carlisle, 50, of 2216 Whippoorwill Trail, Hartwell, died Monday, May 15, 2011 at Hart County Hospital.
Born on November 17, 1960 in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of Mary Estelle Ray Carlisle of Winder and the late Newell Dean Carlisle. He was employed by McGee Heating and Air Conditioning.
He is survived by his mother; his wife, Vicki Rowland Carlisle of the home; daughter, Kayla Nichole Fulghum of the home; a granddaughter, McKenzee Nichole Fulghum of the home; a brother, Lee Carlisle of Flowery Branch; four sisters, Ellen Brooks of Nicholson GA, Susan Carlisle, Beverly Wall and Melinda Carlisle all of Winder also survive.He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Sandra Brock.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Carlyle and Rev. Everest Carlisle officiating.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday night.The family is at the home.
