Mr. Michael Douglas Jordan, 53, of Bethany-Bowersville Road, Canon, passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at Hartwell Health & Rehab.

Born on December 23, 1962 in Royston, GA, he was the son of Joe Douglas Jordan and Jennie Lee Bond Jordan.Mr. Jordan was a former auto body and frame repairman, electrician, and refrigeration tech.He also was a member of the Macedonia United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his parents: Doug and Jennie Jordan of Canon; two sisters: Clara Lee Jordan of Orlando, FL and Jo Beth Jordan of Hart County.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 24, 2016, at 11:00 am at the Macedonia United Methodist Church with Rev. Billy Pittman officiating.The family will receive friends following the service.

The family is at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Macedonia United Methodist Church, c/o Barbara Cordell, 211 Beaverdam Farm Road, Canon, GA 30520.
