Michael Lynn Stowe, age 68, of Royston, GA, passed away on November 28, 2025, at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital.

Born on August 6, 1957, in Stephens County, he was the son of the late Fay and Sara Stowe of Toccoa. Michael graduated from Stephens County High School and devoted his life to serving the community. He spent many years working at Stephens County Hospital. Later, he became a bus driver for Baldwin County Schools and Stephens County Schools. He enjoyed his time volunteering with Little League, where he had served as the District 7 Umpire-In-Chief.

He was a member of The Pointe Church of Toccoa. Michael was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, whose love and warmth touched the lives of all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Natalie Loftis Stowe; his children: Jeremy Stowe (Brooke), Cassie Bennett, and Miranda Harris (Trey); his grandchildren: Carson Stowe, Malloree Stowe, Claire Bennett, and Emma Bennett, his parents-in-law, Ronnie and Marie Loftis; his brother-in-law, Andy Loftis (Paula); his sister-in-law, Kay Stowe; a number of nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Ralph. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Ralph Stowe, and sister, Lisa Stowe Sellers.

A celebration of Michael's life will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the funeral home chapel. The service will be officiated by Rev. Chad Smith and Rev. Dr. Rodney McBride. Burial will follow at Lavonia City - Burgess Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Jimmy Fortson, Jeremy Haley, Trey Harris, Brian Henry, J. P. Hewitt, Jason Kaup, Andy Loftis, and Matt Stowe.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 p.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the American Heart Association or The Pointe Church.
