Mr. Michael "Mike" Moore, 46, of 2246 Bennett Road, Bowman, GA, died Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.
Born March 27, 1963 in Franklin County, GA, he was the son of the late Guy Moore and Gertrude House Moore.He was a machine operator for a Logging Company.
He is survived by:Daughters, Brittany Moore, Ashley Moore and Alexis Moore all of Bowman, GA; Sisters, Barbara Martin of Bowman, GA, Rhonda Brown of Bowman, GA and Dorothy Sowards of South Shore, KY; Brothers, Alvin Moore, Doyle Moore, Wayne Moore, Nathan Moore all of Bowman, GA and Terry Moore of Royston, GA.He is preceded in death by his Parents; Brothers, Arthur Moore and Paul Moore and a Sister, Lucille Bellew.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Leon Suttles will officiate.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.The family is at the home of Alvin and Diane Moore, 3462 Pulliam Mill Road, Royston, GA.The family requests no flowers; Memorials may be made to defray funeral expenses.
