Mitchell Aaron Parrish, age 36, of Carnesville, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 at his home.

He was born May 4, 1987, in Augusta, GA, the son of Frank Parrish, Jr. and Sheree Kay Bates. He worked as a Line-X Technician for Kubota and was of the Episcopalian faith. Mitchell collected paintings and Hot Wheels. He was an avid outdoorsman, he especially loved hunting and playing golf. He will be remembered for his generosity, as he would help anyone in need and his love for dogs. His sense of humor and fun-loving spirit will be missed by those who knew him. During this time of grief, the family finds comfort in Mitchell's favorite scripture, Isaiah 40:31 (AMP): "But those who wait for the LORD, will gain new strength and renew their power; they will lift up their wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not grow tired."

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancé: Jessica tellez Hernandez; daughter: Madison Edwards; sisters: Rachel Munger and Laura Brady; and many other family members and friends.

Mitchell was cremated in accordance with his request. The family will plan a memorial service in the Augusta area at a later date.
