Mrs. Mona Warnell "McCall" Hall age 79, of Washington, died Sunday, March 2 at St. Mary's Hospice.
Born September 20, 1928 in Franklin County she was a daughter of the late Hubert C. and Madge "Gable" McCall, She received a business degree from Emanuel College. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; H. C. Hall, Jr.: sister; Maxine Smith: and 2 brothers; Ray McCall and Franwick McCall.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law; Phyllis and Bob Marett of Washington and Nena and Mickey Fennell of Snellville: brother; Wendell McCall of Canon: grandchildren; Jason Marett, Alicia Marett Woodham, Meredith Fennell, and Allison Fennell: great-grandchildren; Alaina Marett and Andrew Woodham.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Albert Huyck officiating. Burial will follow in New Franklin Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends Tuesday evening 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
