Mrs. Nancy Richardson Seymour, 72, of 1492 Moore Road, Hartwell, GA, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Rainey Hospice House, Anderson, SC.

Born September 4, 1935 in Hart County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Gleen Richardson and Lillie Gaines Richardson. She was retired from Springs Industries as a Machine Operator.She was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, Bible Study Class, UMW and the Choir.

She is survived by:Her Husband of 51 years, Richard R. Seymour; Sons, Glenn Seymour of Bullhead City, AZ and Charles Seymour of Hartwell, GA; Daughter, Karen Schlock of Hartwell, GA; Brother, Harold Richardson of Hartwell, GA; Sisters, Jo Temples, Ethel Milford, Mary Bryson, Betty Cartee and Genie Chappelear all Hartwell, GA; Five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Broadus Richardson.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Dean Kring and Rev. Hugh Shirley will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
