Ms. Naomi Davis Cawthon, age 53, of 42 Brown Street, Canon, GA, died Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
Born August 5, 1954 in Franklin County, Georgia, she is the daughter of Lola Hayes Davis of Royston, GA and the late Clarence Davis.She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by: Husband, Charles (Phil) Cawthon; Sons, Chuck Cawthon of Hartwell, GA, Jamie Cawthon of Canon, GA, Jason Cawthon of Lavonia, GA and Michael Mason of Seneca, SC; Sisters,Sara Cobb ofElberton, GA, Bonnie Sue Duncan of Royston, GA, Gladys Cape of Hartwell, GA, Hattie "Pat" Ausburn of Piedmont, SC, Vera Mae Mays of Royston, GA, Betty Jo Belcher of Spartanburg, SC and Wanda Gail Dove of Royston, GA; Seven grandchildren and one great grandchild also survives.She is preceded in death by Father; and Brothers, James Davis and Buddy Davis.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church.Rev. Tracy Stowe, Rev. Randall Starrett and Rev. David Vickery will officiate.Burial will be in the Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church.The family is at the home of Renae Watson, 138 Lynch Drive, Royston, GA.
