Mrs. Jewell Wynell "Nell" Smith Millsap, 81, of 141 Randall Street, Hartwell, GA, died Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Hart County Hospital.

Born November 10, 1925 in Sugar Valley, GA, she was the daughter of the late Codie Floyd Smith and Sallie Amzell Norrell Smith.She was retired from the Hartwell Company as an Inspector.She was a member of Hartwell Assembly Church.

She is survived by:Son, Rev. Larry B. Millsap of Dacula, GA; Daughter, Janice Head of Hartwell, GA; Brothers, Jerry Smith of Greenville, GA and Terry Smith of Carrollton, GA; Sisters; Ella M. Pease of Smyrna, GA, Sarah Caldwell of Rock Hill, GA, Shirley Logan of Austell, GA and Barbara Smith of Marietta, GA; Five grandchildren, Ronnie Head, Jr., Alisha Mitchell, Joy P. Carey, Matthew Millsap and Jason Lovelace; Five great grandchildren, Payton Carey, Levi Millsap, Brittney Millsap, Karlie Millsap and Jake Mitchell.She is preceded in death by Husband, Virgil Millsap; Daughter, Carole Lovelace; Brothers, Bobby Smith and Codie Norrell Smith; Sisters, Marie Johnson and Jimmie Will Durham.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell Chapel.Rev. Larry B. Millsap, Rev. Billy Caldwell and Rev. Ronnie Head will officiate.Burial will be in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Douglasville, GA.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends Friday night from 7 to 9:00 p.m.The family is at their respective homes.
