Mr. Noah Van Brown, 42, of Bowersville GA, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 in Portland OR.

Born on January 19, 1981 in Anderson SC, he was the son of Connie Sue Carruth and the late Leonard Van Brown.  Noah was a member of the Hartwell Church of God.

Survivors include his mother: Connie Sue Carruth & his maternal grandmother: Sheila Cleveland Carruth both of Bowersville GA.  Noah was preceded in death by his father: Van Brown; a brother: Jason Herman Brown; paternal grandparents: Clay Leonard "C.L." & Jo Ann Hembree Brown and maternal grandfather: William "Billy" Carruth.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at the home, Sheila & Connie Carruth, 370 Gurley Road, Bowersville.

A memorial service celebrating Mr. Noah Brown's life will be held Saturday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Potter's House, 655 Potter House Road, Jefferson GA 30549.
