Mrs. Pansy M. Smith "Pat" Roach, 77, of Vickery Street, Hartwell, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Fort Sanders Medical Center, Knoxville TN.

Born on November 26, 1938 in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late Larrue B. Smith and Inez Blackwell Smith.Mrs. Roach was an AVON salesperson, a homemaker and a member of the Hartwell Church of God.
Survivors include her husband: Danny B. Roach; a son: Howard Adams of Hartwell; a sister: Frances Martin of Hartwell; two grandchildren: Chris Adams and Chad Adams and a great-grandson: Zachary Adams.Mrs. Roach was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Faye Baker.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Lonnie Bennett and Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening.The family is at the home. Flowers optional, memorials may be made to the Hartwell Church of God Building Fund, 369 Cade Street, Hartwell GA 30643.
