Mrs. Patricia L. Werner, 63, of Royston Hwy, Hartwell, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025 in Dahlonega, GA.

Born on October 5, 1961 in Duluth, GA, she was the daughter of Mildred Grace Young Holbrook, and the late Larry Holbrook.  Mrs. Werner was a graduate of Atlanta College of Art, in Atlanta, GA.  She enjoyed serving her community as the executive director of Hart Partners, Inc. - Family Connection of GA since 2005.  Mrs. Werner was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.  She was a deeply devoted wife, mother, grandmother, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn M. Werner of Hartwell; children, Alex Werner of Acworth, GA, and Ben Werner (Elizabeth) of Hartwell; one granddaughter due in September; her mother, Grace Holbrook of Hartwell; and brother, Glen Holbrook of Bahrain.  Mrs. Werner is preceded in death by her father, Larry Holbrook.

A Funeral Mass for Patricia Werner will be held Thursday, June 5th, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.  Her ashes will be interred following the service in Sacred Heart of Jesus Memorial Garden.  A reception to celebrate her life will be held at the Sacred Heart Founder's Hall following the interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a community organization of Hart County.  Mrs. Werner was devoted to supporting HYDRA, Hart Life Pregnancy Center, NE GA Council on Domestic Violence, the Kiwanis Club, and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
