Patsy Annette Stone Elliott, age 77 of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at her home.

Born November 21, 1944, in Royston, she was the daughter of the late Burnice and Annie Suit Stone. She was a graduate of Hart County High School and retired from the Milliken Company. Mrs. Elliott was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church. She served as a pianist for Mt. Olivet Church of God and Shoal Creek Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife and devoted Christian.

She is survived by her husband: James Elliott of Lavonia; brother & sister-in-law: Jimmy & Brenda Stone of Hartwell; sister-in-law: Josephine Bratcher of Lavonia; nieces: Vivian Young and Duchess Blakely; and nephews: Bill Stone and Matt Stone.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Rev. Courtney Umbehant officiating. A private burial will follow in the Lavonia City – Burgess Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Providence United Methodist Church, 2395 Providence Church Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553.
