Patti Jenkins Yurisa

Mrs. Patricia Ann “Patti” Jenkins Yurisa, 76, of Hartwell, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026, at Hartwell Health & Rehab.

Born on January 11, 1950, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Jankins and Margaret Harmon Jenkins. Mrs. Yurisa was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband: Dennis Michael Yurisa of Hartwell; daughter: Maria Nicole Gerome (Gerome) of Ludowici, GA; brother: William Jenkins of Berlin, MD; sister: Kelly Jenkins of Front Royal, VA; and four grandchildren also survive.

It was Mrs. Yurisa’s wishes to be cremated and a memorial celebrating her life will be held at a later date by the family.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is assisting the family with all of the arrangements.
